Sunday, November 8th marked end of an era as we celebrated the last mass at our Riverside Drive location. Raking of the leaves at the Parish Center on Sunday afternoon was followed by moving into the new location at 3000 12th avenue in Coralville. Bishop Amos will celebrate a “Mass of Dedication” on November 14th beginning at 4:00 in the afternoon. Following the mass we will celebrate with an “Evening with Friends”. This event is a fund raiser for the completion of the lower level meeting rooms. Dinner will be followed by a silent and live auction of many fabulous items. Tickets can be obtained by contacting the Parish Office. There are only a few tickets left, so call as soon as possible to ensure you can attend. Price per ticket is $100.00.
Regular weekend services will begin on Sunday, November 15th. Mass times are 8:30 am and 11:00 am on Sunday. Mass on Saturday will start at 5:15 on Saturday, November 21st.
Following the dedication of our new church at 3000 12th avenue in Coralville on Saturday November 14th, there will be an fund raising dinner and silent auction. This event will be held at Brown Deer Country Club in Coralville beginning at 7:00 in the evening. This year will will be focusing on raising funds to complete the meeting rooms in the lower level of the new building. Our committee for this event is busy collecting auction items for the silent auction. More information will be coming in the weeks to follow. St. Thomas More Catholic Church-3000 12th Ave. Coralville, IA 52241 officially opens this weekend with a Dedication Mass set for Saturday, November 14th at 4pm with Bishop Amos.
Masses on Sunday, November 15th are at 8:30 A.M. and 11:00 A.M.

Christmas Eve Mass at the Corridor was a huge success. Special thanks to Judy Duncan and the scores of volunteers that made the event a wonderful success. Over 900 people attended the Christmas Service. The staff of North Central Junior High were wonderful hosts. God is good all the time – and all the time God is Good !!!
