- The Parcel is amost directly ACROSS 12th Avenue from Dempster Blvd. The land is not yet considered part of the “urban” area.
- Estimated about 6 miles (15 minutes) drive from our current location on N. Riverside Drive through Coralville, but you can also take Highway 965 and Forevergreen Drive (which turns into 12th Avenue).
